Route Into Work

Between 2020 and 2022, as a freelancer at London Transport Museum, I took on a major re-write of the Route Into Work programme: A pre-employment course aimed at helping diversify hires at major transport employers.

Using creative gallery education methods (e.g. See-Think-Wonder') I re-wrote the course to include a significantly larger amount of time spent learning from the museum's large social and engineering history collection.

The course became easier to pick up and teach and involved historic role play, games, photography and treasure hunting throughout the museum.

I brought the course online during the pandemic and taught it in person as a freelancer for two years.
